Question 1

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

Accepted Answer

A relationship manager reads every enquiry personally and responds within one working day, typically by email. If the introduction is a fit, we propose an unhurried first conversation — by phone, video, or in person.

Question 2

Do I need a referral to enquire?

Accepted Answer

A referral is helpful but not required. If you have not been formally introduced, please share a few words about how you came to us in the message field; we read every note in full.

Question 3

Is there a fee to make an enquiry?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no fee to enquire, and no obligation. The membership conversation only begins after both sides feel the fit is right.

Question 4

How is my information handled?

Accepted Answer

Submissions are kept in strict confidence and visible only to the relationship managers reviewing prospective members. We do not share, sell, or list our members or enquirers — ever.

Question 5

When are you available to speak?

Accepted Answer

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 GMT. For active members, a relationship manager is reachable around the clock; for prospective members, we respond within one working day.

A quiet introduction.
